Sakis has been passionate about cooking since 2012. He sharpened his skills working in top hotels like the Hilton in London and the Art’Otel in Amsterdam, gaining over six years of international experience.
Bringing all that expertise back to Zakynthos, he combines classic techniques with local flavors to create memorable dining experiences at The Locals.
